Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service you select and the weight of goods ordered. We will confirm the total price payable, including delivery charges, before we accept your order.
Delivery times are those quoted by the relevant carriers and we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
If the carrier is unable to deliver your order because the address you supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed by 12 noon Monday – Thursday will usually be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will usually be despatched the following Monday.

If your goods weigh more than 1kg and 2-3 days is not quick enough, please contact us and we can give you a cost for a 24 hour delivery service.

Returns Policy
- If you wish to return goods you must inform us in writing (quoting your order number) within 7 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned with the invoice, in their original packaging, in the same condition in which you received them. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods and the goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. When you return goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
- If you return goods claiming they are defective, please advise us whether you wish to receive a refund or a replacement. We will cover the postage cost of sending a replacement, once we have examined the goods and verified the damage.
- If a refund is payable to you, we will refund the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The refund will not include delivery fees and we reserve the right to deduct any credit card or PayPal fees that we have been charged in relation to the sale.
- We will advise you by email of the actions we have taken asap and in any case within 30 days of the date we received the returned goods.
